I ran into something interesting the past couple of months running windows 10 when trying to use the action center.
The Action center kept not responding and after digging through so many pages of the net I finally came to a conclusion that a simple setting was the culprit.
Using the new microsoft I was able to come the conclusion that Outlook 2016 notifying for new emails was the culprit. I had to manually shut off notify on new emails inside the settings under the tab of “SYSTEM” then scrolled down to notifications and actions scrolled some more till I was able to see the Outlook 2016 and click it off.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (128 GB, 4 GB RAM, Intel Core M)
Then after a reboot all notifications that are turned on starting working correctly and never had a problem since.
I have no reason why that the notifications for Outlook 2016 are working properly but I am sure in the next update some next week it should be fixed, we will see….
